CBS will not air a new episode of The Big Bang Theory this Thursday, December 8. Season 10 episode 11 titled The Birthday Synchronicity will be aired only on December 15, and will see Bernadette and Howard welcoming baby Wolowitz.

According to the taping report of the episode posted on The Big Bang Theory wikia, Season 10 episode 11 will see Sheldon waking up Amy in the middle of the night to wish her on her birthday and gifting her a framed MRI scan of his brain. Amy is pleased with the gift and they then decide to have sex, but are interrupted by Leonard and Penny who announce that Bernadette is in labour.
But before they reach the hospital Penny receives a phone call saying it was a false alarm. Back at Howard's place, Raj blurts out that they are having a baby girl, and he gets thrown out for ruining the moment for the soon-to-be parents.
The episode ends with Bernadette finally giving birth, and the baby's screams remind them of Mrs Wolowitz, who passed away in The Comic Book Store Regeneration. The show decided to kill off Howard's mom after Mrs. Wolowitz's voice actor, Carol Ann Susi, died on November 11, 2014 at the age of 62. Although viewers never saw Mrs Wolowitz, she was a strong presence in The Big Bang Theory.
The synopsis for The Big Bang Theory Season 10 episode 11 reads: "Bernadette is taken to the hospital to have her baby. Sheldon and Amy are trying to have Amy's birthday sex."
