Upcoming survival video game "No Man's Sky" has been delayed, as claims a report from Kotaku, citing two sources, which could mean that the supposed June 21 release date could be bumped off to July or August.
"No Man's Sky" is being developed by a small developer studio from the U.K. called Hello Games. The report noted how the game received widespread coverage.
Among the two sources who told Kotaku of the delay, one was a close source and the second works at GameStop where they received marketing materials for the original date, but were told that the stated release date is "no longer correct" and the materials must be covered up with a new "coming soon" label.
The delay might not be surprising given the fact that Hello Games is a small team and "No Man's Sky" is a big game. We have to now wait for the official word from Hello Games.
