The team of "Njan Steve Lopez" had earlier released the first look trailer, teasers and songs of the film. The film is set in Trivandrum and revolves around the life of a naive young man, Steve, played by Farhaan, son of filmmaker Fazil and brother of well acclaimed actor Fahadh Faasil. He, who is a former student of Anupam Kher's acting school, was waiting for his right time to foray into films.

The lyrics of the second song, "Muthu Penne," are from a folk song mixed with Malayalam and Tamil from the coast of Punthura in Thiruvanathapuram and is compiled by Shahabaz and sung by Jassie Gift.
