Young star Nivin Pauly, who is ruling the Kerala box office with back-to-back blockbusters, was spotted attending the star-studded Filmfare South Awards show in Hyderabad on June 18. The actor spent some quality time with the biggies of Tamil, Telugu and Kannada entertainment industries and shared a special fanboy moment with his favourite actress Jyothika.
Nivin shared a photo of him speaking to Jyothika during the 63rd Filmfare awards show with the caption, "Fan boy moment :)," on his Facebook page. In the photo, Jyothika is seen joyously speaking to Nivin by pointing finger at him. Now, fans have been sharing the picture by guessing the dialogues the duo might have exchanged then. The photo has gone viral with more than 1.49 lakh likes and is being shared by more than 750 social media users within 17 hours of posting it on Nivin's social media page.
For the awards night, Nivin wore a maroon velvet blazer, black shirt, bow tie and black pants, and looked handsome in "Premam"-style thick beard. Although he was nominated under the Best Actor category for the Alphonse Puthren directorial, megastar Mammootty bagged the award this year for his role in Salim Ahamed's "Pathemari." However, Nivin handed over the Best Actress award to Parvathy for her performance in the blockbuster movie "Ennu Ninte Moideen." Meanwhile, Jyothika, who looked gorgeous in a black attire during the show, won the critics jury Best Actress award from her husband Suriya for her comeback movie "36 Vayadhinile," directed by Rosshan Andrrews.
On the career front, Nivin, who was last seen in Vineeth Sreenivasan's superhit movie "Jacobinte Swargarajyam," which is still running successfully in theatres, has few movies lined up for the year. The actor has completed the first schedule shooting of Sidhartha Siva's untitled movie, and has Gautham Ramachandran's Tamil movie, tentatively titled "Santa Maria," and "Premam"-fame Althaf's debut directorial venture in his kitty.
