Young star Nivin Pauly enjoys a huge fan following, not just in Kerala but also in Tamil Nadu, where his movies have been running successfully with record box office collections. His latest films "Premam," "Action Hero Biju" and "Jacobinte Swargarajyam" have already made him the ruler of the Kerala and Tamil Nadu box offices.
The latest we hear from the industry is that the "Neram" actor has signed his third Tamil project, which is being helmed by Prabhu Radhakrishnan. The upcoming movie is being produced and scripted by RD Raja. It is the third production venture of 24AM Studios and the film will start rolling after completing the shooting of the production house's second movie, directed by Mohan Raja and starred by Sivakarthikeyan. 24AM Studios is also awaiting the release of its first project "Remo," a Tamil romantic comedy starred by Sivakarthikeyan.
Meanwhile, Nivin, who is set to make a mark in the Kollywood industry, is currently shooting for his second Tamil project, directed by Gautham Ramachandran. The movie, which is rumoured to be titled "Santa Maria," is the Tamil remake of the Kannada thriller "Ulidavaru Kandanthe." However, the director has claimed that the film isn't a frame-to-frame remake of the 2014 film and he had finalised the project after working on more than 40 drafts. It has actress Shraddha Srinath of "U Turn"-fame opposite Nivin in the role of a crime reporter.
