The "Premam" team has released the movie's first song, which begins with the line "Aluva Puzha". Featuring Nivin Pauly and debutant Anupama Parameshwaran, the song has received an overwhelming response from the viewers and has now become a trending topic on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
The video of the song, which was released online on 22 April, tells of a young man who is infatuated with a girl who he met at the church. The song narrrates what he thinks about the girl and how he plans to pass on a love letter by following her.
"Aluva Puzha" is sung by Vineeth Sreenivasan and its lyrics are given by Shabareesh Varma. The music is composed by Rajesh Murugesan who has composed songs for Nivin Pauly's "Neram". The movie has a total of six songs and one song of the film is sung by Tamil composer and music sensation Aniridh Ravichander.
"Premam" is a romantic thriller, which is directed by Alphonse Putharen who shot to fame after his music video - titled "Yuvvh" - starring Nivin and Nazriya released. His first film "Neram" was an experimental film that was made in Tamil and Malayalam and was well received by the audience.
The history of success of Nivin Pauly-Alphonse team has raised expectations over the movie, but the caption of the movie says "the second film in the world cinema history without any specialities." The upcoming flick has reportedly three actresses and Nivin will be seen in many looks in the movie.
"Premam" star cast also includes Vinay Forrt, Jude Anthany Joseph, Maniyanpilla Raju, Krishnansankar, Sabareesh Varma, Wilson Joseph, Soubin Sahir, and Deepak Nathan.
