Demi Lovato was recently rushed to a hospital in Los Angeles following a drug overdose. She was found unconscious at her home. There were speculations that the singer had overdosed on heroin but these reports haven't been confirmed.
Soon after the news broke out, many celebrities took to Twitter and shared their best wishes to Lovato. Quantico actress Priyanka Chopra was one among them.
The actress, who is dating Lovato's close friend Nick Jonas, tweeted, "Strength and prayers." The 36-year-old actress has got extremely close to the Jonas family. She and Nick were recently spotted on a dinner date with Lovato's ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas and his current fiancé Sophie Turner.
Lovato had unfollowed Nick on Instagram following his trip to India with Chopra. Speculations were high that she took the step after she found out that he's serious about the actress.
Chopra's tweet came a few minutes after Nick took to Twitter to say that he's thinking about Demi and prays she gets better soon. "Like all of you I am reeling at the news about Demi. All of us love her and need to pray for her to get well. She is a fighter," he said.
Joe Jonas too shared his thoughts on the developments and said, "Like all of you I am thinking of @DDLovato right now. She needs our prayers and support. We all know how strong you are Demi."
Other celebrities like Camila Cabello, Meghan Trainor, Ellen DeGeneres, Kehlani and more took to Twitter and showed the singer that they are with her.

praying for @ddlovato and her health. When I was 14, she was an idol to me in how she spoke so openly about mental health. And now she continues to inspire thousands of young men and women with her body positivity messages. Addiction and mental illness doesn’t discriminate. ?
