New Stocks of Mototrola Moto G (16GB) Arrive in India; Delivery of Units to Begin Soon

The hugely successful Motorola Moto G (16GB) smartphone stocks, which got depleted within minutes (15 minutes, to be precise) after its launch on Flipkart last week, has been replenished, says the new report.

Technology blog, AndroidOS citing a source has claimed that Flipkart has received the fresh stocks of the Moto G and would soon start delivering, most probably from today (14 February) the device to consumers, who have pre-booked the device.

Moto G made its official debut on 6 February mid-night; 20,000 units of the 16GB model got sold on the same day. Since then Flipkart had been taking orders from the prospective buyers with the promise of delivery the device in 10-20 business days. On the other hand, 8GB variant got a little tepid response from the public; it is still available for purchase for ₹12,499.

Touted as the most economical feature-rich mid-range smartphone in the market, Moto G boasts of a sturdy polycarbonate matt-finish body with water-resistant nano coating (both inside and out). It flaunts 4.5-inch HD (1280x720p) display, runs on the Android v4.3 Jelly Bean OS (KitKat update is awaited) and packs 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 series CPU backed by a sumptuous 1GB RAM capable of performing multi-tasking operations and play power-intensive games with less lag.

Motorola also houses a 5.0-megapixel camera (with LED flash), a 1.3-megapixel front camera capable of taking a pretty decent selfie to update your social networking profile and a 2070 mAh battery, which is enough to get you through the whole day in a single charge.
