As another week comes to a close, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners can look forward to new deals and discounts on gaming titles. As always, expect big discounts for a number of titles, aside the fact that a few new games will be arriving this week for download.
The official PlayStation Blog states that apart from the February PlayStation Plus line-up announced just recently, there are a couple of titles that are coming in for the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita. For starters, the four games already out for the PS4 include Apotheon and Risk (both at $14.99), the complete season of Life is Strange for $19.99 and the second episode of Game of Thrones for $4.99.
Besides, the PS3 is also getting the complete season of 'Life is Strange' and the second episode of 'Game of Thrones' at the same price as that for the PS4 versions of the games. There's also King Oddball, Resident Evil Franchise Pack and World Hunter in the mix for interested gamers.
Also, fans of the much anticipated Mortal Kombat X can now choose from the standard edition of the game for pre-order at $59.99 and a premium edition as well at $89.99. But that's surely not all for all those Sony PlayStation users out there.
PlayStation Lifestyle has also reported that until 9 February, fans can enjoy the latest batch of games for a variety of PlayStation platforms. These include the Grand Theft Auto Sale that features 11 titles, including the latest GTA V with a free Bull Shark cash card for the PS4 edition of the game.
Resident Evil fans will be happy to know that there's also a Resident Evil sale that's going on. The sale features 14 titles on the PS3 and PSOne Classic. However, as it seems, the best deal of the lot has to be the three-in-one-bundle containing Resident Evil 4 HD, Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition and Resident Evil 6, all this for $19.99.
Finally, there's also a Rock Band sale that now boasts a number of marvellous artists. For Rock Band 3, you can choose from an assorted range of bands and musicians like Cheap Trick, Weezer, Nirvana, Slipknot, Aerosmith, The Doors and Bon Jovi, priced between $3.99 and $11.99. Check the video below for more information.
For Xbox One users, on the other hand, the deals are equally sweet as those are for PlayStation 4.
Major Nelson has already announced this week's deals for Xbox Live members. Incidentally, Xbox One users can avail Far Cry 4 or Far Cry 4 Gold Edition at 33 percent discount.
If you are hooked to your Xbox 360, however, the list of games and add-ons can only get longer. While Assassin's Creed Rogue is available at 33 percent discount, Far Cry 4 has been discounted at 40 percent. But even bigger discounts for games apply to the likes of Payday 2, ArcaniA, Walking Dead, Survival Instinct, Darksiders, Deadfall Adventures and Red Faction Armageddon.
Stay tuned for more updates!
