The year 2015 was a very forgettable one for HTC as it was panned for One M9 and faced steep decline in sales compared to the previous year. The flagship phone only had incremental upgrade in terms of internal hardware and the design language was similar to its predecessor.
However, this year, HTC promises that 2016 flagship phone rumoured be titled "One M10" will be much better. The latest HTC teaser says that the company is working day and night to make the flagship device a worthy competitor.
In the time-lapse based 28-second video clip, the company shows a building complex, where lights of numerous rooms are switched off as the sunlight fades. And as the night progresses, almost all office rooms are completely dark, except one. Then a man's voice appears is heard saying: "We work non-stop, not because we have to, but we want to. We are still up, when we should be sleeping, still finding ways to make your phone even better. That's how much we love the stuff. We admit it, we are obsessed but in a good way. You'll see." And video ends with the words "htc #powerof10."
