Hero Hero MotoCorp, the country's largest two-wheeler maker, has introduced the new facelifted avatar of Splendor Pro in India with a price tag of Rs 46,850 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The new Hero Splendor Pro features a new square-shaped headlamp, wider seat and broad grab rail. The motorcycle gets electric start, new visor, clear lens indicator, new fuel tank design and new graphics.
Powering the new Splendor Pro is the same 97.2cc air-cooled 4 stroke single cylinder APDV engine that is tuned to churn out 8.24bhp of power and 8.05 Nm of torque and the engine comes mated to a four speed gear-box.
The eight colours, including two new paint shades, that the bike is available in are Black Purple, Heavy Grey, Cloud Silver, Candy Blazing Red, Palace Maroon, Black Monotone, Shield Gold and Black Red. The new Hero Splendor Pro is offered in four variants. It will be available at the company's dealerships across the country from 13 October (Tuesday).
In addition to this, Hero has also rolled out a variant of Splendor+, which features Self-Start. Hero's iSmart also gets new colours -- Black Boon Silver and Black Sports Red -- in addition to the existing colours of Sports Red, Leaf Green, Excellent Blue and Heavy Grey.
