Hero MotoCorp launched the new Achiever 150 in India on Monday, September 26. The new Achiever 150 has been priced at Rs 61,800.
Available in three new metallic colours, the new achiever gets BS IV compliant 150cc engine, which is tuned to churn out 13.4bhp power and 12.8Nm of peak torque and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. In the new avatar, the Achiever 150 gets i3S technology, maintenance-free battery, tubeless tyres, side stand indicator and viscous air filter.
The new Achiever 150 will be offered in two variants. The standard variant gets a price tag of Rs 61,800, while the Achiever 150 with disc brakes comes at Rs. 62,800 (ex-showroom Delhi).
With the updated new Achiever 150, Hero also announced the launch of the special edition of the Achiever 150 to celebrate the production of 70 million vehicles and India's 70 years of independence. The special edition that comes with tri-colour graphics will be available only in limited numbers.
Hero Achiever 150 is the fourth product of the company to be developed by the R&D, after Maestro Edge, Duet and Splendor iSmart 110. The new Achiever 150 will take on the likes of Bajaj V and Honda's CB Unicorn in India.
