If it was the 2017 Pulsar 220F that made headlines in the auto world last week, coming your way is a video of the soon-to-be-launched 2017 Pulsar 180. A YouTube video of the new Pulsar 180 is making the rounds on the web, giving a detailed look at the new avatar of the Pulsar 180 ahead of its arrival in showrooms.
From the latest images of the new Pulsar 180, the motorcycle more or less remains in its current styling, except for minor tweaks such as the addition of the new body graphics and rim lines.
The new Pulsar 180 now has BS-IV complaint engine and comes with 230mm rear disc. The instrument cluster of the Pulsar 180 has also been tweaked a bit and now features blue black lit, replacing the previous orange and gets matte finish clip-on handlebars, instead of the glossy finish in the older version. Bajaj seems to have also worked on the seats of the Pulsar 180.
Although, the engine details are not known yet, reports say that the new Pulsar 180 is likely draw power from the same 178.6cc air-cooled DTS-i engine, which can pump in 16bhp along with 14.22Nm of torque with five-speed gearbox.
Bajaj is expected to launch the new Pulsar 180 in the country soon and the interesting bit is that the Pune-based two-wheeler maker is gearing up to roll out the updated version of Pulsar 150 as well as the Pulsar 220F.
The new Pulsar 200F has already started reaching showrooms and is likely to get cosmetic upgrades such as new body decals and graphics.
