Players who escape from cops will gain more Speedpoints that will enable them to unlock new cars and items. But for players who prefer to be cops, they gain prominence and promotions in the Police Force with every bust them make. Moving up the ranks will enable them to unlock new police cars and powerful pursuit technology, reported CVG.
The game will be powered by Frostbite engine from DICE and will be locked at 30 FPS on all platforms.
Rivals will see its release on 19 November in North America and 21 November in Australia for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. For next-generation consoles like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the game will hit shelves on 15 November and 22 November, respectively.
