The Los Angeles Clippers came out all guns blazing, and proved that they are going to be a tough team to beat this season. The Clippers defeated one of the big NBA teams -- San Antonio Spurs -- in a comfortable manner, by 24 points. In another massive game, Atlanta Hawks got the better of Houston Rockets to register their fourth win of the season.

San Antonio Spurs vs Los Angeles Clippers (92-116)
The Clippers were in roaring form right from the first quarter of the match, as they outscored Spurs 39-24. From there on, there was no looking back for Clippers, who began to play an attacking game, and dominate plays as well. Another 34 points in the second quarter reflected their offensive determination, which later helped them win the match, 116-92.
For this massive victory, one should give huge credit to Blake Griffin, who has been brilliant this season. The forward scored 28 points, and was strongly supported by players like Jamal Crawford (16 points) and JJ Reddick (14). For the Spurs, LaMarcus Aldridge scored 19 and Kawhi Loenard looked decent with 14.
This win against the Spurs is Clippers' fifth win of the season.

Atlanta Hawks vs Houston Rockets
This contest between the Hawks and Rockets were always expected to be tight, and it started in the same way, as they were tied at 30-30 at end of Q1. After a bright start, star players of both teams began to spray their magic with some astounding plays on both the offensive and defensive floor, which made the contest even more interesting. With some consistent scoring from the Hawks in all the quarters, they won the contest, 112-97.
All the Hawks players contributed to the win, as Paul Millsap top-scored with 23 points. Dwight Howard and Kent Bazemore score 20 points each. James Harden scored 30 points for the Rockets, which was not enough for the visitors to register victory.
