Recently married Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil is in short of words when it comes to his married life as well as his wife and actress, Nazriya Nazim.
In a recent interview with the leading Malayalam news channel, Mathrubhumi News, the actor said Nazriya is very liberal when it comes to him getting intimate with female co-stars onscreen, but she is not so much in favour of him giving priority to films over their married life.
When quizzed whether he is concerned about the possible fall-out of female fans, after his marriage, the young star said Nazriya was more important in his life than the films or the kind of market he has as an actor.
Fahadh and Nazriya had a star-studded wedding on 21 August 2014 in Thiruvananthapuram. The wedding and the reception (held on 25 August) was attended by many actors including Mammootty, Dulquer Salmaan, Manoj K Jayan, Rima Kallingal, Aashiq Abu, Balachandra Menon, Suresh Gopi, , Maniyanpilla Raju, Jagadheesh, Prem Kumar, Tini Tom and Meera Nandan. Ahaana Krishnakumar, Gauthami Nair, Menaka Janardhanan, Rizabawa, Rajeev Ravi, Geethu Mohandas, Poornima Indrajith, KPAC Lalitha, Siddharth Bharathan and Nadiya Moidu.
Also, directors including Siddique, Sathyan Anthikkad, Anil Radhakrishna Menon, Siby Malayil, Blessy, Major Ravi, Shaji Kailas and Priyadarshan attended the event.
Meanwhile, Nazriya has chosen to take a break from her acting career in movies after her wedding. Fahadh, whose last release was "Iyobinte Pusthakam", is currently shooting for "Mariyam Mukku" in Kollam. The film is the directorial debut of the well-acclaimed script writer, James Albert, and is touted as a romantic comedy entertainer.
The story of the movie revolves around a village, named Mariam Mukku, which has lots of historical significance. Fahadh Faasil will play the lead role of Albert, a fisherman, and Sana Althaf will play Fahadh's love interest in the movie.
"Mariyam Mukku" also has a prominent star cast, including Manoj K Jayan, Joy Mathew, Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese, Neeraj Madhav and Irshad in pivotal roles. The cinematography of the upcoming movie is done by Gireesh while the music is composed by Vidyasagar.
