Canada's Public Safety Minister Ralph Goondale said that nature of the incident where several people were killed after a van ran over them is not defined yet. "We do not have any immediate information defining the nature of the incidence which we need to assess Canada's security risk level", he added. At least 9 people were killed and 19 were injured after a van jumped the curb of a major intersection in Toronto.
