Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor have fought each other twice so far with both the UFC stars winning a fight each. After the second fight, UFC fans were excited to see the two of them get inside the octagon again to finally settle their feud, but Diaz's latest comments has shot down any hopes of the two fighting again.
The 32-year-old has not stepped inside the octagon since he lost to McGregor at UFC 202 in 2016 and according to UFC president Dana White, Diaz has turned down all the fights they offered him. It was rumoured that Diaz was waiting to fight McGregor for the third time, but apparently that is not the case.

In a recent interview with MMA Hour, Diaz explained why he did not want to fight the Irishman again and went on insulting him throughout the show.
"For one, I never ever said I was waiting for a third fight with Conor McGregor. I never said that. People think what they wanted and said that I wanted another fight with Conor. I already whipped Conor's f--kin' ass. He should want a fight with me. I gotta light a fire up under his ass? I don't want a f--king third fight. F--k Conor. He can f--king fight himself," Diaz said.
Diaz also spoke about the fact the he too is a two division champion in his own logic in reference to the fact that McGregor defeated Jose Aldo to become the UFC featherweight champion and then Eddie Alvarez to become the UFC lightweight champion.
"I'm the two-time world champ, because I whipped his f--king ass after he fought Jose Aldo and I whipped his ass right before he fought Eddie Alvarez. And he knocked these guys out and everybody seems to have forgot what happened. It just went away," Diaz said.
"He's like crying you know what I'm saying? When you're a fighter, you understand. You know when somebody is being a little bitch."

Diaz, who was the winner of the Ultimate Fighter season 5, also revealed recently that he accepted and then pulled out of a fight against Tony Ferguson at UFC 213. The reason Diaz changed his mind was because he did not want to do McGregor's dirty work while he is away making millions fighting Floyd Mayweather.
"I gladly accepted the Ferguson fight, and then it was gladly rejected because of circumstances. Sure, I will fight him, but under these circumstances, you know what I'm saying? Then I was ignored, and the rumours went on. So I said, 'Why are the rumours still going if it's not popping? Diaz said.
"And then I thought about it: Why am I going to do Conor McGregor's work for him? No, fight each other, and then you get a shot at the golden child right here. What are you going to do? You're going to take time off to make $1 million to fight Mayweather, and I'm going to do your dirty work for you?" he added.
After rejecting the latest fight offered to him, UFC president Dana White feels that both the Diaz brothers will never ever fight in the UFC again.
