New Delhi, Sep 23 (ANI): Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Monday skipped the National Integration Council meeting chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi. The meet was held in the backdrop of the communal riots in Muzaffarnagar. The meeting was attended by all the chief ministers.
