Kanpur, Oct 19 (ANI): BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Saturday targeted the Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh over the poor law and order situation. Modi at a rally in Kanpur said that the UP government backs those who are dangerous criminals or terrorists.
