Unlike other dance reality shows in which a contestant's fate lies in the hands of the audience, "Nach Baliye 7" introduced a unique elimination pattern, in which the judges' panel has been solely responsible for the couples' journey on the show.
According to a Bollywood Life report, the voting lines are set to open soon for the viewers to vote for their favourite Jodi.
One of the top six couples – Karishma Tanna-Upen Patel, Rashami Desai-Nandish Sandhu, Amruta Khanvilkar-Himmanshoo Malhotra, Sana Saeed-Dipesh Patel, Mayuresh Wadkar-Ajisha Shah, and Aishwarya Sakhuja-Rohit Nag -- will be eliminated this week after which they will leave the safe house to prepare for their live performances at the semi finals and grand finale.
While things are set to get interesting with the audience chipping in, the several controversies triggered by contestants have drawn massive attention.
After Rashami Desai was accused of faking an ankle injury, Karishma and Upen came under the scanner for resorting to unfair means in one of the tasks. Additionally, the couple is apparently being hated for being a snob on the show.
"The duo seems to be always in their own sweet world and work according to their comfort. They are most of the time moody and their high handedness is becoming a pain for all," Tellychakkar quoted a source as saying.
Despite all the bad blood, the fellow contestants will be seen celebrating and dancing at the couple's sangeet ceremony.
"Nach Baliye contestants will plan a special sangeet ceremony for the jodi. The couples along with host Rithvik Dhanjani would dance on popular number and will make the day memorable for the duo," an insider informed the popular web portal.
