Here's some good news for fans of Mouni Roy. The actress, who is winning hearts with her portrayal of Shivangi on the popular supernatural show, Naagin 2, is now set to sizzle on the big screen.
Mouni will be seen grooving to a special number in Anubhav Sinha's upcoming Tum Bin 2, according to the Times of India. Ace choreographer Remo D'souza has been signed up for the song to be sung by Hardy Sandhu, Rapper Raftaar, and Neha Kakkar, which is a revamped version of popular Punjabi song Nachna Aunda Nahin.
Besides Mouni, the dance sequence will also feature the lead actors of Tum Bin 2 — Neha Sharma, Aditya Seal and Ashim Gulati. The shooting of the song is likely to take place in the next few days.
Tum Bin 2 is the sequel of the hit film Tum Bin, starring Priyanshu Chatterjee, Sandali Sinha, Himanshu Malik and Raqesh Vashisth, which was released in 2001. The film is scheduled to hit the theatres on November 18.
In other news, rumours had it that Mouni was making her Bollywood debut with Wazir director Bejoy Nambiar's untitled next, which is said to be the remake of Mani Ratnam's Tamil blockbuster Agni Nachathiram (1988). The movie is an action thriller based on the troubled relationship of two step-brothers.
The two brothers were supposed to be played by Sanam Teri Kasam actor Harshvardhan Rane and Vicky Kaushal of Masaan fame while Mouni's name was doing the rounds for the female lead. However, the actress had denied being approached for the film.
