My Sassy Girl, the SBS Korean historical drama, will be back with episodes 9 and 10 next Monday, June 12, at 10 pm KST. It will feature the new challenges faced by Princess Hye Myung, Gyeon Woo and Kang Joon Young.
In episode 7, the title character safely returned back to the palace. King Hwijong did not even come to know that she sneaked out of the palace. Thanks to the chief commandant. He reached out on time and helped the onscreen couple.
However, Queen Park was disappointed to know that the Princess is safe. She did not just try to confront her stepdaughter but also punished her loyal servants, Byul Yi and Young Shin. Although she wanted to inform the King about the Princess, Dowager Queen Jahye stopped her from doing so.

So the antagonists in the story came up with a new plan to hurt the King and his daughter. They circulated leaflets in and around the palace about the love story of Princess Hye Myung and Kang Joon Young. After reading it, the King became furious and started confronting his daughter. Will he lock her inside?
The Korean drama lovers will have to wait until next Monday to know more about it mainly because SBS is yet to release the promotional photos for the upcoming episodes. In the meantime, they can catch up with the first eight episodes online here.
Meanwhile, the promo features troubled moments for the female protagonist. It shows the King saying, "You deceived the King and broke the rules. I cannot forgive you this time." Shortly, someone curiously asks, "Locked in her residence?"
The footage also highlights a conversation between Queen Park and Minister Jung Ki Joon, wherein the latter says, "It is all because of her lover. The longing heart for something that is the scariest of all." It also shows the Princess roaming outside the palace and secretly meeting Gyeon Woo.
