Actress Pranitha Subhash met with an accident on Sunday, Feb. 14. Luckily, the actress escaped unhurt after her SUV overturned near Mothey in Nalgonda district, Telangana.
The 23-year-old was not hurt as she was wearing a seat belt, the police told the Hindu. It has been reported that Pranitha was returning to Hyderabad after attending an event in Khammam on Sunday morning.
The vehicle in which the actress was travelling lost control and the driver tried to avoid ramming into a two-wheeler. Pranitha was accompanied by her mother and a few other assistants. However, her make-up man P Rameshbabu and hairstylist D Soubhagyalakshmi suffered injuries in the road accident, say reports.
People who witnessed the incident immediately called the ambulance and they were rushed to a hospital in Suryapet.
The multilingual actress opened up on the accident an hour later via Twitter. Pranitha posted, "While on our way back from Kammam. perfectly fine but unable to come out of the shock. All of us are perfectly alright. Travelling in the bouncers' mini bus now (sic)."
"Nothing to worry. Big thankyou to the AEEs working on this road for calling the ambulance on time. My staff has survived injuries. But we are all safe. @SKNonline I'm perfectly fine, hence able to tweet :))) my hairstylist is injured and has been rushed to the hospital nearby. All of us are perfectly alright. travelling in the bouncers' mini bus now. nothing to worry (sic)," she added.
Later, Pranitha took a mini bus to reach Hyderabad and boarded a flight at Shamshabad Airport to reach Bengaluru. A case has been filed by the Mothey police.
On the professional front, Pranitha, who was spotted at Celebrity Cricket League on Saturday, Feb. 13, is busy with Mahesh Babu-starrer Telugu movie "Brahmotsavam."
