MS Dhoni: The Untold Story continues to fly high at the box office. The film, starring Sushant Singh Rajput, has collected a huge amount at the Indian box office in six days of release and is now set to enter the Rs 100 crore club.
The movie collected Rs 6.6 crore on Wednesday, thereby taking its total domestic box office collection to Rs 88.63 crore. The day-wise break-up of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story is: Rs 21.3 crore (Friday), Rs 20.6 crore (Saturday), Rs 24.1 crore (Sunday), Rs 8.51 crore (Monday), Rs 7.52 crore (Tuesday), Rs 6.6 crore (Wednesday).

With such a huge collection, the film is expected to enter the Rs 100 crore club by the end of its first week. The positive word-of-mouth publicity is helping the film draw the audience to theatres. In fact, the Neeraj Pandey-directed film is likely to have a smooth run in the second week as well, despite the release of the Harshvardhan Kapoor-starrer Miryza on Friday, October 7.
MS Dhoni: The Untold Story revolves around the journey of Mahendra Singh Dhoni from working as a ticket collector to becoming the captain of the Indian cricket team. It also highlights the struggles and lesser-known facts about the Indian skipper's life before he attained success as a cricketer. Sushant has delivered a stupendous performance and his portrayal of Dhoni has impressed the audience.
