New Delhi, June 13 (ANI): Reactions came in after a Jaipur Court issued a notice to Minister of state for Chemicals and Fertilisers Nihal Chand in a November 2011 case, in which he has been accused of rape by a married woman. BJP leader Siddharth Nath Singh said that the case was cleared earlier, but if in any case, there are lapses, matter will be taken into action. Congress leader Rashid Alvi and CPI leader D Raja said that it is unfortunate that a minister who is accused of such crime is a part of the government. AAP leader Manish Sisodia said that is such an accused person will go to Parliament, then people can’t expect safety on roads.
