Motorola is reportedly set to release the next edition of Moto G smartphones with a few additions.
The release got confirmed when the Motorola Corporation has recently posted a new handset's configuration at their official Brazil website. The listing, which was removed after a few hours, disclosed that the latest variant might feature a better battery and also support 4G networks.
The new variant will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 400 with 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor, 1GB RAM and will be offered in a different storage edition. While the dual SIM edition will be available in 8GB and 16GB variations, the LTE edition will offer 16GB inbuilt storage with a support of additional 32GB via micro SD card.
The Moto G2015 edition will be measured at 141x70.7x6mm and weighs just 149g for the normal edition. The 4G variant will weigh a little more than the 3G version. Both the models will feature an 8MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera and will be powered by a 2,390mAh battery.
Moto G is among one of the best budget Android handset in India and the availability of 4G will definitely boost Moto G's sales since 4G network is expected to receive decent popularity in the coming year.
Noticing the market rage, Xiaomi has already released a 4G version of their Redmi Note smartphone in India. Days back, Gionee had also released a few 4G supporting budget Android smartphones in India and most probably Huawei, Lenovo and a few other companies may also roll out budget 4G Android-based handsets.
