Motorola has released its most anticipated budget smartphone globally. Named Moto G 2015, the latest smartphone is the successor to Moto G 2nd Generation. For impressing consumers, Motorola has upgraded a few features and also introduced new ones. 

For the price, several other competitors offer better specifications but to be specific, Moto G 2015 is the first budget smartphone to feature IP67 certification, meaning the device can survive under 3 meters of water for 30 minutes.

The Moto G 2015 edition also features a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and multilayer IR filter for clicking impressive images. For selfies, the device comes equipped with a 5MP front camera.

The Moto G 2015 edition is a 4G-LTE enabled device and comes powered by a Qualcomm SnapDragon 410 SoC backed with 2GB RAM and 16GB built-in storage. The device also features a Micro SD card slot for expanding the storage further.

Running on Android 5.1.1, the Moto G 3rd Generation packs a 20% bigger battery than its predecessor. Retaining the 5-inch, 720x1280 pixels display of its predecessor, the Moto G 2015 will be available at INR 11,999 for 8 GB storage with 1GB RAM and INR 12,999 for 16GB storage with 2GB RAM edition. Both the variants will be available exclusively on Flipkart with multiple launch offers starting midnighttonight.
