According to IBNLive, which confirmed the exchange offer via a Motorola spokesperson, the exchange offer is the first of many other offers displayed on the product landing page when customers log in to their respective accounts.
If you are a first time buyer or using a new email address to purchase the new Moto G (2015), the exchange offer will not be presented. In fact, customers will be greeted with other seven offers available for all buyers.
