Motorola has launched its much-awaited device, the Moto G (3rd Gen) aka Moto G (2015) with a very competitive price -- even cheaper than its predecessor Moto G (2nd Gen) -- but, that doesn't mean it will have a free run in the smartphone market. A few mid-range handsets like Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML, Xolo Black, Xiaomi Mi 4i and others with good specifications have entered the Indian market, so Motorola's latest device has to take on these handsets apart from a few other devices.
Moto G (3rd Gen) is priced Rs 11,999 for its 8 GB variant and Rs 12,999 for the 16 GB model. So, it is obvious that the 16 GB variant will have to compete with a few devices, most prominently Xiaomi Mi 4i, Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML and Xolo Black, which are also priced Rs 12,999.
It is difficult to say which device is better, as it is subjective and depends on purpose.
