Moto G (2015) Promotional Video Leaked Online; Key Features, Moto Maker Options Revealed

Over the past one month, we saw spec-sheets and images of Moto G (3^rdGen) leaked online. Now a full promotional video has surfaced revealing that the device will indeed come with customisation options.

Brazilian retailer Americanas accidentally (or intentionally?) released a full-fledged Moto G (3^rd Gen) advertisement clip revealing key features and also confirmed that Motorola will introduce the Moto Maker, a personalisation option, which was up until now was exclusive to flagship Moto X in select regions.

Once the video went viral on media sites, the company pulled the clip off the Internet. But by then, many had downloaded the Moto G (3^rd Gen) ad and reposted it in social platforms.

In the 02.09 minute video (courtesy, Droid Life), we see that Motorola has christened the new phone as Moto G (2015), not Moto G3/3^rd Gen. As we go through the video, key features like 5.0-inch HD display, quad-core CPU, 13 MP camera with dual-LED flash, 5 MP snapper on the front, IPX7 water-resistant certification and the battery life details are revealed.

And in the final seconds of the teaser video, Motorola confirms that the company will offer choices to prospective buyers to select accent colour, rear-casing and front-panel for their Moto G (2015). With the leak of Moto G (2015) commercial, there is nothing left for us to imagine on what to expect on 28 July, when Motorola is scheduled to officially unveil the new mid-range phone. Rumour has it that the company might also launch a third generation flagship Moto X on Tuesday.
