After launching the second generation Moto 360 series smartwatch, Lenovo-owned Motorola is all geared up to launch the special Moto 360 Sport edition this week.
The company (via Twitter) has confirmed the launch of Moto 360 Sport in India on April 27.
For the uninitiated, the Sport edition smartwatch boasts pretty much the same hardware as seen in the original Moto 360 (2nd gen) model, but comes with additional exclusive features such as built-in GPS modem to track speed, distance and pace. It also boasts strong silicone construction with special UV coating to wear-off moisture and help prevent staining and colour fading (comes in black, white and orange options).
Another key attribute of Moto 360 Sport is the "AnyLight" screen, touted to be the world's first hybrid display that can automatically adapt to the level of natural light around the user.
When a user goes out for a run, the natural light gets reflected on the display in such a way that readability, especially in bright or sunny conditions, is not compromised.
