Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: She is presumably the most famous mother in the Indian showbiz today. Having given birth to daughter Aaradhya in 2011, the actress took hands-on responsibility of her child and dropped all film offers. The former Miss World was criticised for her postpartum weight but the actress braved the odds and silenced her critics when she flaunted a svelte figure during Cannes International Film Festival 2013.
Despite marriage and motherhood, the actress has managed to keep the media buzzing around her, with speculations on her comeback films.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra: The actress has a two-year-old son, Viaan, but that has not hindered the gorgeous mummy from being actively involved in different roles. Shetty, just months after her son's birth, regained her envious figure and has also adeptly handled her IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals. She has continued as a judge for a dance reality show and also turned film producer recently with "Dishkiyaoon".
Sridevi: The 50-year-old looks as young as ever, despite being mother to teenage daughters Janhvi and Khushi. Kajol: The vivacious actress is mother to daughter Nyasa and son Yug. She was recently awarded the Mighty Mom Award by the makers of the upcoming animation film "Mighty Raju Rio Calling". On the occasion she stated: "I don't know if I am a mighty mother or not, but yes, I have always maintained that my children are my foremost priority and responsibility", reported The Times of India.
