Congress women's wing members in Panchkula came out to protest against the Haryana government over the Morni gang rape incident on Monday.
The protestors took out the death procession of the effigy of Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar as a sign of protest, while raising slogans like "Khattar teri kabar khudegi, aaj nahi toh kal khudegi," and "Khattar sarkar murdabad."
On July 20, a 22-year-old woman from Chandigarh alleged sexual assault by at least 40 men over a period of four days in the Morni Hill area of Haryana's Panchkula district.
