Mahindra's much-awaited Mojo 300 is inching closer to its launch in the country. Rumour mills have been spinning for months now stories of Mojo's features and specifications. A lot has been written about the new Mahindra Mojo, which is expected to make its market debut soon.
Now, ahead of its launch in the country, a series of production-ready, fully uncovered images of the Mojo have hit the web, giving a clear picture of the changes adopted for the bike from its concept model which was previewed at the Auto Expo 2010. A Facebook user Sarath Shenoy has shared the images of Mojo 300.
Powered by a 296cc liquid cooled four-stroke single-cylinder engine that can dish out a power of 27bhp at 8,000rpm and a peak torque 30nm at 6,500rp, the Mojo is expected to be priced around Rs 2,00,000.
The Mojo 300 will come with LED daytime-running lights, new fuel tank, Pirelli Sport Demon tyres mounted on Y-spoke black alloy wheels and LED tail-light. The highlight of the Mojo 300 is said to be its USD (Up Side Down) forks and twin mufflers.
The bookings for the Mojo 300 are open in the country for a down payment of Rs 10,000 and when launched, the Mahindra Mojo 300 will take on the likes of Kawasaki Ninja 300R, Honda CBR 250R/300R and KTM Duke.
