The trailer of Hrithik Roshan-starrer "Mohenjo Daro" is the most awaited one and looks like fans will soon get a glimpse of it. The first cut of "Mohenjo Daro" trailer is ready and the film's cast and crew have already seen it.
Director Ashutosh Gowariker's "Lagaan" completed 15 years on June 15, and to celebrate that, he gave a surprise to his "Mohenjo Daro" team. The director showed the final cut of "Mohenjo Daro" trailer to his team for the first time on the day his film "Lagaan" completed 15 years.
Ashutosh had set a self-imposed deadline to finish the work on the trailer and surprise his team. Reports suggest that the lead casts and the entire "Mohenjo Daro" team were excited to watch the trailer of the film.
"June 15, will always be special to me as Lagaan released on this day and look at the coincidence, my team saw the final cut of the trailer of my next film Mohenjo Daro on this very day," Ashutosh said in a statement.
Just before the trailer release, the makers unveiled the motion poster and lead actress Pooja Hegde's first look, which has created a good hype for the film.
Directed by Ashutosh, the epic period drama set in the Indus Valley Civilization is presented by UTV Motion Pictures and Ashutosh Gowariker Productions and produced Siddharth Roy Kapur and Sunita Gowariker. "Mohenjo Daro" features Hrithik and Pooja in the lead roles, while Kabir Bedi and Arunoday Singh are the supporting cast.
The film is slated to release on Aug. 12 along with Akshay Kumar's "Rustom."
