That Hrithik Roshan is blessed with insane amount of good looks is no secret, and quite naturally several foreign film projects came his way for years. But the actor turned them out until recently when he reportedly confessed to making his Hollywood debut this year.
"Yes, I have a Hollywood project this year," DNA quoted the star as saying. However, this isn't the first time that he has been associated with the mentioned industry. Last year, there were reports of the Roshans taking Rob Cohen, "The Fast and The Furious" director, out for drinks.
Ahead of his last release "Bang Bang", the superstar said he has received at least five to six scripts but haven't found anything interesting. "Hollywood projects are always there. I keep getting Hollywood scripts every now and then. I read them, but I have not found anything interesting so far," IANS quoted him as saying.
Hrithik is currently shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker's "Mohenjo Daro", which is slated for a 16 August 2016 release. Also, the film boasts of a rich and reputed team.
AR Rahman has been roped in to compose soul-stirring numbers, while designer Neeta Lulla is responsible for adding a touch elegance with her exquisite creations. Award-winning Hollywood action director Glenn Boswell and VFX Supervisor Karen Goulekas have also been pulled on board.
Apart from the suave superstar, "Mohenjo Daro" stars fresh face Pooja Hegde and Kiran Bedi.
In other news, there was a strong buzz of the actor signing Vishal Bhardwaj's next in which he was to reprise Leonardo DiCaprio's role in "The Departed". However, he put the rumours to rest by saying he was currently focussed on Gowariker's magnum opus.
"I am currently focussed only on 'Mohenjo Daro' (being directed by Ashutosh Gowariker) and have not signed any other movie yet," Mid Day quoted him as saying.
