The cast and crew of "Mohenjo Daro" are making sure every scene is worth the money they're shelling out, which is huge. According to reports, lead actor Hrithik Roshan was mighty impressed with a "Game of Thrones" scene and decided to mildly borrow it.
A BollywoodLife report stated that the much talked-about lovemaking scene (in a cave) featuring Roshan and newcomer Pooja Hegde is inspired by "GOT" shot, in which Jon Snow and Ygritte's indulge in some intense passion.
Apparently, the Bollywood actor wanted it to be filmed aesthetically and with finesse, without making it extremely steamy. Earlier, it was being reported that the scene in question would look tame when compared to the one he did in "Agneepath" with Priyanka Chopra. Additional trivia: The scene may stretch to over two minutes.
Meanwhile, Roshan and Hegde have both been caged in gossip columns fighting link-up rumours. But the former beauty queen couldn't care less about it. Talking to The Times of India about the buzz, she said they were good friends and share a great rapport.
"You have no clue how many people have been asking me about this," Pooja Hegde bursts out laughing, adding, "The rumours don't affect me at all. As a matter of fact, there's nothing to say about it. People can think what they want, but Hrithik and I are just good friends. He's pretty chilled out and we share a good rapport," the leading daily quoted her as saying.
Slated for a 12 August release, the period drama is directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. Also, the film is set to wrap up by February. A few scenes and song are yet to be shot, reported Box Office India.
