The Malayalam entertainment mega show "Vismayam – The complete show 2016" is poised to kick-start at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium from 7 p.m April 8. The entry gates of the venue will thrown open to the public at 4 p.m.
During the show, superstar Mohanlal, who is celebrating his 36th year in Mollywood, will be seen performing with his heroines from 1990s' movies, including Seema, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Menaka, Sukanya and Ambika. Tamil actor R Madhavan and veteran filmmaker IV Sasi will also grace the star-studded event in Sharjah to felicitate the contribution of the "Complete Actor" to the entertainment industry.
The four-hour-long mega-event, sponsored by PNG jewellers and Madhusoodhanan Mavelikkara, will also see scintillating performances by Asha Sharath, Priyamani, Bhavana, Rachana Narayanankutty, Vineeth, Kavya Madhavan, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Jayan Cherthala, Kottayam Nazeer, Jayaraj Warrier, singers MG Sreekumar, Sithara, Sayanora, Najim Arshad and Madhu Balakrishnan.
"We will bring together Mohanlal along with the gorgeous heroines of the 1990s. All these heroines played very memorable Mohanlal movies and Vimsaya 2016 will be paying tribute to them as well," organiser Nisha Joseph of Whiz Media told Emirates 247.
