Ahmedabad, Feb 21 (ANI): Hitting out at the Congress, BJP's Prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi accused the party of making false promises to youth but warned of winds of change sweeping across the nation ahead of the general elections scheduled in May. Modi accused the Congress of making false promises to the nation's youth and not using the allocated funds in the last budget for skill development training.
