Prime Minister Narendra Modi seems to be making his ministers work too hard, prompting some of them to take short naps whenever they get an opportunity.
On the maiden International Day of Yoga, two senior BJP leaders were spotted napping during yoga sessions.
Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu was seen sleeping while performing savasana during a yoga session in Kerala. Similarly, Modi's close aide and BJP President Amit Shah was spotted taking a nap during the yoga day celebration in Patna, Bihar.
Prabhu was performing asanas along with other ministers at the session organised at Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in Kochi (Cochin) on 21 June.
According to a report in Manorama Online, he dozed off while performing savasana, but was interrupted when other ministers sitting next to him and one of the event organisers woke him up.
Media photographers did not miss the photo opportunity and clicked a couple of pictures of him sleeping and being woken up.
The photographs, published by Manorama Online, have gone viral on social media.
