Tom Cruise is busy promoting his upcoming movie Mission: Impossible – Fallout across the world. He has been travelling to different countries to host premieres and talk to the press. One of many trips saw the Top Gun actor travelling to Paris where his love life saw some action.
A false claim has made the headlines suggesting that the 56-year-old star began flirting with Extra presenter Renee Bargh during an interview about the movie.
Hollywood sources claimed that Tom wanted to keep talking to Renee even after the cameras stopped rolling. "Tom usually loathes doing media, but it was like he forgot the camera was there as soon as he laid eyes on Renee. He hasn't laughed like that in years. She totally brought out the best in him - and was rather giggly herself," an alleged insider told Woman's Day magazine.
"Tom wanted to keep talking when the cameras were off, and who could blame him?" the source added. The magazine suggested that the feelings were "mutual" by mentioning the TV host's Instagram praising the actor and his attitude during the interview.
She captioned the post, "I'll give you an impossible mission - find someone nicer to interview than Tom Cruise!' After years of hearing about how gracious and cool this man is, I now understand why. Tom well surpassed his reputation."
Gossip Cop called out these claims and clarified there is nothing brewing between the two. A source close to the actor told the publication that the actor did not engage in any kind of flirtation with the host.
Ever since his split from Holmes, the actor has been linked to several women (some of whom were his co-stars including his Mission: Impossible 6's Vanessa Kirby) but the actor hasn't publically acknowledge those rumours.
He has been busy with work. Following the release of Mission: Impossible – Fallout, the actor will go Maverick for Top Gun 2 and he also has to start work on Edge of Tomorrow 2.
