Femina Miss India 2015 winner Aditi Arya is all set to represent India at the global platform of Miss World 2015.
The 65th edition of Miss World will take place at the Beauty Crown Sanya China resort, Sanya, China. Aditi, who hails from Delhi, will participate in the beauty pageant along with 108 contestants from around the world.
The winner of Miss World 2015 will be announced in a glittering ceremony, which will be held on 19 December in China.
India's contestant Aditi was announced as the winner of Miss India World 2015 on 28 March. Aditi, who is confident about winning the crown, said that she is excited to represent India.
"This pageant is very special to me as in the past it has celebrated several Indian beauties. I am very excited and happy to be given this great opportunity, and hope to bring the crown home and make my country proud. I am honoured towards the Miss India Organization for selecting me to represent my nation at such a prestigious platform. I will give it my best," Aditi said in a statement.
"If I think of the responsibility on my shoulders, looking at the history of my country, I feel both honoured and humbled. My aspiration is thus to do full justice to the opportunities and gifts that have been showered upon me and to share these with the world so as to make it a better place. I believe in living a full and content life and wish to be able to live after my death, in the hearts of the people," she added.
Aditi along with 108 other contestants will compete for six award categories, including Beauty with a Purpose, Talent Round, Multimedia, Best Designer Dress, Dances of the World, Fitness and Sports, Top Model and People's Choice Award.
