Miss Venezuela walked away with the coveted Miss World 2011 title on Sunday night at the star-studded event at Earls Court exhibition centre in London. However, Miss India Kanishtha Dhankhar failed to make it to the top 15.
The 21-year-old Ivian Sarcos beat 113 contestants from around the world at the 61st Miss World pageant. Miss Philippines Gwendoline Ruais was the first runner-up and the third place went to Miss Puerto Rico Amanda Perez. The other contestants who were in the top seven finalists were Miss Korea, Miss England, Miss South Africa and Miss Scotland.
