Indian smartphone maker Micromax has listed a new handset called Canvas Fun A63 on its official website, hinting that the launch is just around the corner.
On Saturday, Micromax released a budget 4.5-inch Android device Canvas Fun A74 in India for ₹7,749. Now, the company is prepping to launch a smaller 4.0-inch Canvas Fun A63 into the market.
The upcoming smartphone will sport a touch-screen with 480x800p resolution and run on Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS with 512MB RAM and 4GB inbuilt memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
Canvas Fun A63 packs a 1.3GHz MediaTek (MTK 6572) processor backed by a 1500 mAh battery which can run the smartphone for up to 135 hours on standby mode and close to 4.5 hours of talk time. It houses a 2.0-megapixel camera with flash support on the rear side which can record 1280x720p HD video. On the front side, it flaunts a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) secondary camera.
As of now, there are no conclusive reports about the launch of the new Canvas Fun series phone. Considering the specifications, its price may range anywhere between ₹4,500 and ₹7,000.
