Popular indigenous smartphone maker Micromax has released a new budget handset dubbed as Unite 3 (Q372) in India.
Micromax Unite 3 is successor Unite 2, which was launched last year in May. The new iteration comes with a modest upgrade in terms of storage capacity, rear-camera and new Android OS, while the rest of the core internal hardware remains same.
Unite 3 sports 4.7-inch WVGA display and runs on the latest Android 5.0 series Lollipop OS powered by 1.3GHz Mediatek quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory.
It also houses 8mp camera on the rear side and a 2mp snapper on the front side. And like previous Unite series, it boasts 10 Indian regional language support.

The new Micromax Unite 3 has been released on Infibeam for ₹6,569. Availability of the device in brick-and-mortar stores is expected to be annouced soon.
Competition:
Micromax Unite 3 will be competing with the top MNC brands like Motorola Moto E (2015: both 3G & 4G-LTE), Xiaomi Redmi 2, Lenovo A6000 (& A6000 Plus), Microsoft Lumia 535 and others.
