Home-bred smartphone maker Micromax has launched a new handset dubbed as Canvas Fire 4 in India.
The new Canvas Fire 4 sports 4.5-inch FWVGA screen and runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop OS powered by the MediaTek quad-core processor backed by 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and 2,000mAh battery, which can run the phone close to 300 hours under standby mode.

According to reports, Canvas Fire 4 is priced at ₹6,999 and available at both online and brick-and-mortar shops across India starting 2 March.
Competition:
With a sub-₹7000 price-tag, Micromax Canvas Fire 4 will be up against soon-to-be-released Motorola Moto E (Gen 2), Moto G (Gen 1), Microsoft Lumia 535, Lenovo A6000 and others.
