Micromax's new Android smartphone, Canvas Fun A63, is now available online at online retailer Snapdeal for ₹6,799.
The smartphone, which is yet to make its official entry in India's burgeoning handset market, was earlier spotted on the company's official website. Consumers who place orders for the handset will receive it within two business days.
Going by the specifications listed on Snapdeal, Canvas Fun A63 features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) display and is powered by a single-core 1.3GHz MediaTek 6572 processor along with 512MB of RAM. The handset houses a 2-megapixel rear camera with flash and comes with an internal memory 1GB which can be expanded by upto 32 GB micoroSD card. Other specifications include Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and a 1,500mAh battery which claims to deliver 4.5 hours of talk time and 135 hours of standby time. On the connectivity front, the device supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS, GPS and 3G.
Recently, Micromax had launched the Bolt A40 smartphone which comes with Android2.3.5 Ginger bread operating system.
