Rival Intex on Monday pulled the wraps off its first quad-core smartphone - Aqua Wonder Quad Core. The smartphone is expected to be priced ₹9,990, making it the lowest priced quad core handset in the market.
With a price tag of less than ₹10,000, will the Intex smartphone become a threat to Micromax's record seller which is currently facing supply-demand deficit in the market due to the staggered production line? It remains to be seen.
