Micromax A116 Canvas HD vs. Celkon A119Q Signature HD: Battle Between Indian Smartphone Makers Intensifies

Since the beginning of the year, Indian market is witnessing a slew of low-cost smartphone launches by local players led by Micromax, Karbonn and Lava.

Few days ago, another domestic manufacturer - Celkon Mobiles - joined the race by launching a new quad-core smartphone A119Q Signature HD with top-end camera features for just ₹12,499, further intensifying the price-war between Indian smartphone makers.

But, it remains to be seen if the Celkon's new smartphone will be able to top the Micromax's most sought-after handset, A116 Canvas HD, and gain success in the Indian market.
